MINNIE LAKE RANCH HOUSE Set on the edge of a pretty meadow with an incredible view of the countryside, the Minnie Lake Ranch House is a beautiful and spacious log home accommodating four to eight guests. A favorite amongst fly fishing enthusiasts and couples, this vacation home is adjacent to our historic Minnie Lake Ranch and close to the trout rich waters of Minnie and Stoney Lakes. Our Ranch House offers every accessory you could hope for. The kitchen area is complete with a range, refrigerator, cookware, dishes, cutlery, and a dishwasher. The large living room area is carpeted and tastefully furnished with a loveseat, couch, two armchairs, as well as a wood burning fireplace, and a compact disc/cassette stereo system. Sliding glass doors open to a private patio with comfortable cedar deckchairs and a grand view of the rolling hills that are synonymous with cattle country. Cozy sleeping areas include two master bedrooms on the main floor and two enclosed lofts. Full linens are provided for your convenience. The two bathrooms are equipped with a shower and bathtub. Guests at the Minnie Lake Ranch House are welcome to make arrangements to visit the hot tub and lounge at Stoney Lake Lodge. Meals at the Lodge can also be arranged by advanced reservations. When you stay at the Minnie Lake Ranch House you have use of the rowboats on Stoney and Minnie lakes and rod fees are included. Flies and fishing gear may be purchased at the Lodge, rod and float tube rentals are also available. For the non-angler, superb hiking and mountain biking are right at your backdoor, and private ranch tours are offered from nearby locations on the Ranch. A nine-hole golf course is a short twenty minutes down the road, as well as swimming and boating on Nicola Lake. Our Ranch House features a propane barbecue on the large outdoor deck. There is no television or telephone onsite, however, some cellular phones operate in the area. Up to Eight Persons $550 Cdn per night The package rate includes: accommodations, full linens and complimentary rowboats. The package rate excludes: applicable taxes, gratuity, private lake fishing, fly fishing gear, transportation, meals and beverages and personal items. Rates & Terms: All rates are quoted in Canadian funds and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes or gratuities. Payment in full due two weeks prior to arrival. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy: 30/90 days. Penalty: deposit non-refundable. Reservations required. Note: There are no Debit Card or ATM Machines on the Premises. |
