A small turn-of-the 20th century boutique hotel (built in 1908) with a big heart in the midst of Nicola Valley’s old west. Our 15 antique-appointed rooms provide a memorable stay. Quilchena Hotel also boasts a completely licensed bar and grill style restaurant with large screen TVs and wifi internet, for those that wish to stay connected. In other words, it’s all here. Don’t forget to check out the world famous bullet holes in the original bar located in the saloon!

Many of our distinctively decorated heritage rooms on the first floor have a pedestal wash-sink with a bath and shower at the end of hall. All top floor modern suites have been recently renovated with King Size beds, satellite TV and air conditioned making hot summer nights more pleasurable. All accommodation packages include an aceptional continental breakfast adjacent to the saloon each morning.

The Douglas Lake Ranch proudly presents local dining at the Quilchena Hotel! We are open lunch and dinner and provide an atmosphere that encourages you to enjoy, relax and be yourself in the midst of ranch country. Our very own Douglas Lake ranch Beef is available on the menu and falls under the “must have” list of menu items. Our culinary team takes dining very seriously here. Menu items vary throughout the season depending on whats available, consistently assuring that the bests of the best in concerns to local ingredients. Reservation requests can be made by calling 1.250.378.2611 Large group reservations are required and please note that during the months of May to October advance dinner reservations should be strongly considered to insure seating.

With sheltering hills around, and the blue waters of Nicola Lake nearby, this full-size 9 hole golf course has a tranquility that draws resident and tourist golfers alike. The course started in 1963 with a mere 3 holes and expanded to its present complement of 9 in 1969. It features well-manicured, sand traps and the winding Quilchena Creek comes into play on 5 holes. It has proven to be a challenging course for golfers of all skill levels. Course Ratings: Mens: 68.5/Slope 11, Ladies: 72.5/Slope 121.
